I hope that this is shared with the owner and all of the management staff as well as resort and boat staff.
This trip was amazing!! From start to finish it vastly exceeded our expectations! The resort staff took customer service to a whole new level! Juan Carlos Santos was an incredible guide. Antonio does an incredible job managing the staff and staying attentive to guest needs and wants! That guy doesn’t miss a thing! The resort was beautiful and there were no hidden fees upon checkout, which is always nice.
The fishing was INCREDIBLE!! Captain Sheeder was amazing. His knowledge of his profession is admirable. His crew Jeffrey and Ricardo were fun, professional and a great addition to our entire experience. I cannot say enough about this crew. They were awesome!
The entire booking experience through Al at Casa Vieja’s Miami office couldn’t have been more user friendly and professional! Al took great care of us from start to finish and left no detail unattended.
Again I cannot say enough about this entire experience! AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! I would, and already have, recommends Casa Vieja again and again. WE WILL BE BACK!!!
